1. Cancellation Policy

At Sukh Samriddhi, we value your trust and aim to provide meaningful matchmaking services. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription or services, please note the following:

Free Memberships can be cancelled anytime without any charges.

Paid Memberships/Packages may be cancelled, but refunds are subject to our refund policy (see below).

Once a user’s profile is verified and activated under a paid membership, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

To cancel your service or subscription, please email us at info@sukhsamriddhi.net with your name, registered email ID, and payment details.

2. Refund Policy

We invest time and resources in reviewing, verifying, and activating every paid member’s profile. Therefore, refunds are only issued under certain valid conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same service.

Service Not Delivered: If the paid services are not provided within 7 working days due to technical or internal errors.

Service Denied: If we are unable to activate your profile or reject your application based on our terms.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
If the user voluntarily cancels after activation.

If the user is dissatisfied due to lack of matches or responses.

If the account is suspended due to violation of our terms and conditions.

For promotional offers, trial packs, or limited-time discounts.

Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment.

3. Refund Process

If your request meets our eligibility criteria, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
